4. Payment Terms
– Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as specified in our invoice.
– We accept Cash basis payment and payment thru bank via link
– Failure to pay for services may result in cancellation of your booking.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time will receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Liability and Indemnification
– ZONE15 is not liable for any damage or loss caused by our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
– You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZONE15 and its employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services.
